- Please be advised of our small animal appointment cancellation/no-show policy, effective January 2023: Any established client who fails to show or cancels/reschedules an appointment without 24-hour notice may be required to leave a deposit when scheduling future appointments. You will be advised of this if you fall into this category. The deposit will be applied to the total balance if the appointment is kept but will be forfeited if the rescheduled appointment is not kept, or a cancellation/reschedule is not made within 24 hours.
